Illini Pub Cycle offers a unique, pedal-powered bar experience on wheels, accommodating up to 15 passengers, though 12 is considered ideal for comfort. The 15-passenger limit is a strict requirement set by the city. Each tour lasts 90 minutes, and all reservations are required in advance.

The Illini Pub Cycle does not cancel tours due to weather; cancellation is at the discretion of the client. For group bookings, tour insurance is available to help mitigate the risk of unfavorable weather.

· Reservations must be made through the website—drivers cannot accept cash for seating

· Tips for drivers and bartenders are encouraged but are not a substitute for payment

· Book at least two weeks in advance for the best availability. For same-day bookings, call ahead to confirm availability

· Operating hours: 5:00 pm–10:30 pm (Monday–Friday), 9:00 am–10:30 pm (Saturday), 11:00 am–10:30 pm (Sunday)

· Standard start times include 9:00 am, 11:00 am, 1:00 pm, 3:00 pm, 5:00 pm, 7:00 pm, and 9:00 pm

· If the ride starts late due to operator error, the duration will be extended to ensure a full 90-minute experience

· Routes include downtown and campus areas

· Routes will be adjusted to guests’ preferences when possible

· Only roads with speed limits below 30 mph may be used, although higher-speed roads can be crossed

For special events, guests are encouraged to reach out with details. Accommodation will be made whenever possible, provided there is availability.

· Bringing alcohol is optional; 9:00 am rides may substitute coffee for alcoholic beverages

· All drinks must be consumed from foam or plastic cups, which are provided

· Guests may pre-mix drinks before arrival to save time

· Any leftover alcohol must be sealed in a state-approved bag for legal transportation

· Servers reserve the right to restrict alcohol service in cases of intoxication or inappropriate behavior

· If we find a rider sharing a beverage with an underage rider, the ride will stopped and cancelled immediately with NO REFUND.

· Riders must be at least 18 years old

· Those ages 13–17 may ride with an adult or guardian who can sign the liability waiver

· Alcohol consumption is restricted to guests 21 and over, with valid ID required

· Closed-toe, secure footwear is recommended

· Avoid clothing that could impede pedaling or get caught in the bicycle chain (e.g., oversized coats or pants, long draping dresses)

· Photo identification

· Beverages of choice

· Positive attitude

· Athletic closed toe shoes. Not sandals or dressy shoes.

· Metered parking is available nearby and is free after 5pm.

· Do not park in the lot at the meeting point on Chestnut Street; unauthorized vehicles may be towed.

· We are not responsible for your vehicle being towed.

· A ride may be rescheduled with no additional fees with at least a 24 hour notice.

· Full cash refunds are provided only to customers who purchase our $25 tour insurance at the time of booking.

· Total cancellations shall incur a $100 cancellation fee. If tour insurance was purchased this applies only if cancellation was made within 48 hours. (When you book, you’re blocking a slot that may have worked for a more committed party.)

· All cancellations within 48 hours must be made by FB Messenger, phone or text.

Tours are never cancelled by the company due to weather. Clients may reschedule for weather-related reasons with at least two hours’ notice.

If tour insurance was purchased at the time of booking, the cost of the ride is fully refundable.

No-shows without prior notice are non-refundable. If a group tour does not meet the minimum of eight riders, it will be cancelled with no refund.

· Available for $25 at checkout

· Allows for a cash refund of the ride cost in the event of weather disruptions (e.g., heavy rain, severe cold, hail, or tornadoes).

· Without insurance or severe weather a $100 cancellation fee shall be incurred unless rescheduling is your chosen option.

If a tour cannot commence as scheduled for any reason, rescheduling is the default option. Refunds must be requested via Facebook messenger or phone.

A signed liability waiver is required for every rider before participation
